    Hi, My Samsung 40" LCD does not turn on. The power light was blinking, but now it stoppped blinking and it goes off as normal when you turn on a TV, however TV does not turn on at all. I can hear a buzz from the back part of TV like it tries to turn it on, but it cannot. I have found on the forums that it is a capacitor and it has to be replaced, however the professional checking and opnion are obviously required prior to repairing. How much does that repair cost?
