  I have a desktop computer running Windows 10 which won't boot up. A message comes up each time warning that the hard drive might be failing. I made a USB recovery disk on my laptop but can't get the computer to recognise it. What I want to know is in the event that the hard drive has failed, or is about to, what are the chances of retrieving the information from it? I would also like the computer back in service, with new hard drive if necessary. I would prefer someone who could do home visits because of current mobility issues.Read more
