My laptop started displaying 'thread stuck in device driver' messages and totally freezes up most times when trying to access 'documents'. The only way to unfreeze it is to remove the battery. I've tried online advice and updated all the drivers but the problem remains. I understand this is a fairly common problem with windows 10. Any ideas what you could do, how much it would be likely to cost for you to repair and what sort of timescale could you do it in?Read more
