Hello, My spouse is a Canadian citizen, currently living in Quebec. I have never lived in Canada. He has recently applied for a student loan and as his spouse, I am required to provide documentation, signed in the presence of a commissioner for oaths, outlining my income for the year 2018 and explaining why I do not pay tax in Canada.
