    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inquire about the availability and pricing for hired coaches for a school trip. We are planning a trip for up to 142 people, consisting of students and accompanying staff, from Dumbarton Academy to Blackpool Pleasure Beach Theme Park. We are looking to arrange transport for either June 25th or June 26th, 2025. The coach would need to pick up the group from Dumbarton Academy at 6:00 AM and travel to Blackpool Pleasure Beach Theme Park, where we would spend the day. We would then require a return trip, leaving Blackpool around 5:00 PM the same day to return to the school. Could you please provide details regarding the availability of your coaches for these dates and the associated pricing for this service? If possible, I would also appreciate any additional information on the types of coaches available, seating arrangements, and any other relevant terms and conditions. Unfortunately, until send out the information to pupils and permission goes live onto our payment system, we would not be able to pay a deposit until the first payments from attendees start to appear on our system.
