I bought a large silicon watch at Glorious Britain Heathrow terminal 5 on 23rd June 2017 for my 6 years old son's souvenir and found that it was defective, the second hand is not fixed (It plays freely). The defect was found on 24th June just after it was activated (removed the pin). My son is bummed very much as he was looking forward to showing the watch to his friends.
