  I have a smith 's mantle chiming clock has a key with 3 places to put it to wind it up.chimes working if you manually push the hands round 1/4 hr.1/2hr then chimes the hour.unfortuneately though does not work Need a quote to find the problem I was sold it as supposedly working.Read more
