  We are moving out of a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in the new Bovis estate in Paulton. Flat is kept well. No balcony or terrace. Ground floor. Oven was professionally cleaned 3 weeks ago so just needs wiping. Fridge needs cleaning and so do windows and carpets even through there is nothing major. End of tenancy cleaning.
