Im hoping for some help with my joints and muscles. Im not 100% sure what i need or what the actual problem is. I have joint hypermobility and i suffer badly with mental health (most of my stress/anxiety is stored in my joints n muscles). I have chronic pain in my upper back and neck area and i believe my hips became displaced during pregnancy causing the problems i already had with my legs to become worse (they randomly decide to give up working and in recent years ive got painful knees and a problem with my left knee which ive been told was a ligament, a dislocated knee cap and a bulging tendon) i need a little help with what treatments i should possibly receive and a quote for any of the work you would recommend. Im at my wits end and my doctors cant/wont help and my pain level is only increasing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Im a 32 year old mother of 3.
