  Lower back pain and down left leg so removing pain please I think I either did it chasing robbers out the shop I work for or by lifting . I've had it a week and been having hot bath applying deep heat cream. Used the heat patches and pain killer. I've been to doctor today and his put me on stronger pain killers and said it could take 6 weeks . And I need it to be right alot quicker than that.Read more
