  Persistent back pain in last year and unable to lift things without pain. Have had back pain on and off for years but it has usually cleared up over time and with recommended exercise[by a Physio 20 years ago and with 'phone consultation with NHS physio Spring 2020 + leaflets from NHS on-line]. Also painful knees, right particularly bad and I wear a knee support in the day. First experienced this last summer after gardening on my hands and knees for 2 or 3 hours without a proper break.
