  Hi, I have pain and stiffness in my back, neck and pelvis. I didn't do anything injury wise. My pain started just over a year a go. I tend to have discomfort for a couple of months and then am 'better'. I am uncertain about spending money as the doctor has told me that the NHS do not provide this service as there is no 'proof' that it works. However, as a single mum I need to be pain free and mobile.Read more
