  I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hips but more advanced in the left hip. I am doing all I know to overcome this with regard to exercise and healthy eating, but I am finding that my body stiffens up very quickly after sitting just for a short time, and during the night when sleeping. This is causing additional back ache. I want to know if anything can be done to help the body in general, the back and the hip.Read more
