  Help with Arthritis lumbar pain. Having a bad flare up of pain. Have stenosis, facet joint arthritis, disc protrusion , spondylolthesis at grade one which has fused itself and a recently found scoliosis . Am on tablets including Codeine, pregablin,diclofenic and amitriptyline. Not relieving the pain.Read more
