  I had a fall 3 months ago and damaged my right shoulder. I have had an x-ray, no bones broken but interior muscle damage around collar bone and inside joint. I have been following recommended by NHS physio therapist some isometric exercises and had 2 steroid injections by doctor on 29 April into shoulder and collar bone area. I have rested shoulder for 5 days as directed by doctor and am gently starting the isometric exercises again. I am contacting you in the hope that perhaps more direct treatment would speed up recovery. I am missing playing golf.Read more
