  I have ongoing upper back issues. Pain in the upper back that isn't going away. The pain is just above the bra area. Right hand side of spine is usually felt the worst. Some mornings I struggle to move and feel locked up. I sleep on my side and occasionally on my back, sometimes I use a support pillow between my knees. This helps sometimes. I have spoke to a Dr a few years ago who gave me antiflammatories and Co codomol. I then had physio where he explained it was an issue with the muscles either side of my spine.Read more

  Lower back pain resolving. I think that I hurt my back lifting a bike out of a small car. I do yoga and Pilates. I feel like a horse has kicked me. I do not normally suffer with back pain.Read more
