    This is an urgent request. I live in Wales my mother lives in Laureate Way, Hemel Hempstead. My mother is 89 and disabled, unable to stand or walk. Her carers are not allowed to cut her toe nails and the chiropodist who did visit her and cut her toe nails etc. is no longer working. She has had no attention since November and her nails are causing her discomfort. She will need someone who can deal with the elderly, visit her home and be able to cope with someone who cannot get out of her chair. She is compos mentos and access can be given with a key safe.     My partner, who works in construction had a large amount of hard skin on the pads of his feet. From what I can make out he has severe callus’s and is not in a lot of pain when walking and putting pressure of his feet.
