I am looking for a flexible child minder for my 8 month old son. I'm looking to put him in child care for only a few hours a week to start off, so he is able to get comfortable, with the possibility of overtime. In the near future I will be taking on an extra 10 hours which I'll need a child minder for, plus any over time.
