  I have a tax rebate cheque, I do have a bank account but there is not branches for that specific account. I've tried Natwest the main one in the area but they are saying it has their services but they are not able to proceed with it because the account isn't with that specific bank.. also I don't have any ID but I do have proof of address which is the letter that came with the cheque attached to. I'm wondering if you'd be able to help if not where in the area would you suggest you would be able to do it please.. Thanks DarrenRead more
