A holiday cottage requiring three jobs:- 1) A lot of 10mm thick click board flooring laying over existing floorboards in three bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining area. As a guess (not measured) I would guesstimate at 100 Mtrs plus. Substrate to be laid initially. All doors to be adjusted for the increased height where necessary. 2) Replace existing kitchen door with a new fire door after increasing the width of the fire door by adding approximately 25mm each side to match width of the opening, door height is OK. Transfer existing furniture to new door. The rebate for the existing door is smaller than the new fire door so the existing frame rebate will need to be increased to accommodate the new door. 3) Carefully remove glass panel, intact, from top half of existing sitting room door and replace with toughened glass replacement. Refit existing beads etc. All works to be completed continuously once started. All click board, substrate and fire door will be provided us and will be on site before start of works. All scrap to be removed from site by you on completion of works. Please advise your hourly rate and your earliest start date. Subject to satisfaction on this job, there is the probability of additional joinery work in the same area but different property.
