I needs two quotes from reputed trading companies/persons for my credit card company. The quotes are for repairs in a wooden summer house. The house was built four years ago at a very high standards but water leaks appeared two years later that I only noticed one year ago. The water is leaking from the back to the wooden floor and it has damaged some part of the floor. My credit card company will select the best offer.
