    To who it may concern. Good morning, I am looking for help so here goes. I am a retied pensioner, living in Birmingham. Who holidays in Porthcawl every year. I now have bought myself a mobile holiday home, and looking to site it on a residential caravan park. Would anyone be able to help or know of any such sites in or near Porthcawl. So if I gave up my home here in Birmingham, and move, would I also be entitled to clam housing benefit, and council tax on a mobile home if living in it, to cover rent, or site fees of camp site.
