A birthday cake for my 12 yr old grandson decorated with coloured icing as the RMS Titanic broken in two and sinking among the icebergs in the Atlantic Ocean. A victorian sponge type cake beneath the icing, the top sponge layer the same colour as the liner's funnels and the bottom sponge layer the same colour as the liner's hull.
