My son is getting married in Mexico and just a few of us will be travelling out. We will be having a lunch party at Thorpeness Country Club on Bank Holiday Monday 26th August 2019 for everyone else - about 70 people are expected to come. Looking for a 2 tier cake, perhaps a different type of cake for each layer, with decoration that captures the Mexican theme. We have some ideas that might be of help and will soon be sorting out the colours that will be used as banners and the table flower decorations, which need to be followed through on the cake - they will be bright colours, probably on a white iced background.Read more
