  We had a leak coming from the ceiling for the last week or so. It was covered by our British Gas Homecare Plan and the source of the leak was found to be a rogue pipe attached to the main pipe which had not been closed off properly. The pipe has now been repaired and the leakage has stopped. However, to reach the pipe, the worker had to tear off a large portion of plasterboard/wood from the pipe area and this now requires to be repaired. I would be grateful to receive a quotation for the repair work, with a cost breakdown between materials and labour. I would be available anytime for access to the property. Thank you.
