  I need to build a house as per the plan approved. There is a 2 bedroom existing property. To be extended at 3 sides. One as per planning permission and the other 2 as per permitted development. It will add 2 receptions, one bedroom with ensuite and a utility room. Also the existing kitchen will be converted into office and the living room will become the kitchen.
