Dear Sir, Madam, I am writing to request a visit for a quote for the renovation of my 3 bedroom semidetatched home in Glengormley which would include the following jobs: - Rewire the entire house (including a new light system in the living room and upstairs landing with spot lights) - Move a gas boiler from an upstairs bedroom to the kitchen on the groundfloor - Take down plasterboard wall between the living room and the dining room - Build a new plasterboard wall between the kitchen and the dining room with a door - Check if it is possible to move and rebuild a wall of 50-60cm (not sure if it's plasterboard or brick) - Kitchen refurbishment (new plumbing, tiles, furniture installation) - Repair a leak from an upstairs bathroom - 2 New built-in wardrobes in 2 upstairs bedrooms - Remove all carpets in the house - Sand and varnish all the floors (maybe a new floor would be necessary in the living room) - Paint all rooms It would be great if you could include a quote for each of the jobs as some of them are not mandatory. There is no immediate time scale on these jobs. Please let me know if and when you would be available to visit the house.
