  Hi there, I'd like to request a quote for 2 front bay windows to come out (ground and 1st floor), built back up, with replacement windows. There is also additional work all around the house including in house walls to be knocked down and new ones built back up. This project is partnered with the council in hope for a grant, for renovations needed due to the house being a class 2 health hazard. I can send you more information of this in due course. I have Architectural plans including building regulations and an accepted planning application. I’ve got until April 2023 to put in the application along with quotes from local certified builders.
