  I realise this is going to be a bit of a stab in the dark, but I'm currently looking at buying a house, but it needs an extension to make it suitable for our family. Link to the house is here: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-96045488.html I want to extend between 3 and 4 metres out to the side to give 2 extra bedrooms and allow us to move the bathroom upstairs as well. Total area will be between 36 and 48m². I just want the shell/openings and the floor joists/ceilings put in. I will do plastering, organise electricians/plumbing/sort the insulation/ floorboards etc. I guess its Hamstone so that finish would be nice but not against the idea of block work. A very basic guesstimate quote (+/- 20%) would be fine. If its feasible and we buy the house, I will ask for a better quote. Thank you NickRead more
