  I’d Like to replace the existing fans in 3 bathrooms and utility room. The bathroom fans vent out to a pitched roof with easy attic access. The current utility room fan vents through the wall. There’s no need to core the wall or alter the roof. For the bathrooms I’d like an inline system (something along the lines of the Ventaxia ACM100T) and for the utility room I’d like something like the Ventaxia Svara. The ducting in the ceiling isn’t insulated, so that would need to be replaced. If possible I’d like the bathroom fans to be linked to a humidistat. The house was constructed in 2003 and it looks as though the ventilation system hasn’t been updated since.Read more
