  We require painting and decorating downstairs through lounge and 1st floor main bedroom of a 3 bedroom semi. Old wallpaper to be stripped off and potentially filling of plaster if necessary. Ceiling upstairs has one crack which looks ok for filling, possibly skimming. Downstairs room has a free standing fake fireplace with electric fire, this to be removed and if necessary some plastering required. This work planned to be done June onwards. There would possibly be other work to be done on the property later on.Read more
