    We will shortly be moving to Drefach Felindre and would like to contact a builder who could quote for a few jobs. These include the removal and of a garage and build of a new 3 car port. Also we would like an quote for a possible single story extension, a fence and gate and then some little jobs such as replacement of tiles, addition of a soak away to three drainpipes and installation of some guttering on a bay window.     We will shortly be moving to Drefach Felindre and the survey has picked up some possible issues with some roof tiles, downpipe and soak aways and a garage roof which is partially asbestos. We would like to get a quote to review the roof and possibly repair / replace tiles, quote for adding a drain soak away to the down pipe x 3, and remove and replace the garage roof, and possibly install garage doors.
