We are looking to build a studio/annex at the bottom of the garden. We would like it to be built in August/September. The structure is to be brick-built, with insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating, and windows/doors. If you are interested perhaps you could pass by one day next week and we could discuss this in more detail and you could give me a rough estimate of the cost. Looking to get the chimney breasts removed in the ground and first floor of a semi-detached house. We have structural engineer drawings and calculations already. We are in the process of drawing up the party wall agreement. If the work can take place this summer then the house will be unoccupied and unfurnished, so less to protect from dust etc.Read more
