  I would like to replace an upstairs window with a door (it opens onto roof space).A water pipe will need to be repositioned for this. A downstairs cloakroom needs to be extended to incorporate a shower. This would involve knocking through into the kitchen (a flat roofed room) and building a new internal wall. The dimensions of the completed room would be small, about 7ft by 5ft. I obtained planning permission to do all of this work .The whole project incorporates a stairway from my garden room that leads to the bedroom I have mentioned, but at the moment I just want to get it started with phase 1 !Read more
