Looking for a quote to move a star finder 28 river cruiser from Southampton Smith's Quay to Chichester. Asking on behalf of new owner. Boat has faulty wiring and a Bmc captain diesel engine. The boat still has fresh water abodes.. if not rotted already and the boat has not been used for at least 2 years. Clean hull but suspect outdrive. The owner has no common sailing or boat sense and has been advised to NOT motor the boat to Chichester (where he wants to live on it. Ive advised him that he needs at least £250 of new batteries for starters and he could lose more than his boat if he doesn't take basic advice.Read more
