My father left my son a Raleigh Royal - aliminium 531, late 1970s; made in England - never been on the road, bubble wrapped until 2 years ago and kept in storage. The tyres are flat, and I would like to have the inner tyres repaired, and basically a thorough check that she is road worthy. She is in near perfect condition and I would like to keep her that way for my son, for when he is interested in her, or even sell her considering his lack of interest. I also have my Mother's bike; a later model; Raleigh Chiltern made in Nottingham, which I would like to ride myself, but she needs some attention before I can take her on the road.
