I have an oil painting about 40 years old that has been hanging in a house containing smokers, and it is quite dirty both the painting and the frame. This was bought from an artist in korea, it is signed but a bit difficult to read. the size is 39" x 27", it is a nice scene of a waterfall cascading into a lake with lovely trees, and a small pagoda type house.
