  plans to be drawn up for a conversion of our existing utility /wc areas to form part of our existing kitchen. These are part of the structure of the house.we don't want to extend.they adjoin the kitchen but are separated by walls which are probably load bearing. nothing has been changed since the original construction in 1936. so we are looking to end up with a larger new kitchen, one or two new windows, new repositioned boiler, new up to date small cloaks and if possible a shower as well as whatever utility area can be included. we would want the rear access to be changed from the existing door which is currently to the side of the house to a new patio type door at the rear so as to have a view to the garden.Read more
