SIMPLE PLANS FOR GARAGE CONVERSION TO PASS BUILDING REGS, Watton

Looking for someone to quote for drafting very simple plans that will meet building regs as I am buying a bungalow and wish to convert the integral garage into a kitchen/diner. Not increasing the footprint of the property so comes under permitted development and I have the tradespeople to deliver but require quotes for the plans and help to get it approved for building regs (Breckland Council). Space is approx 16' 10" x 12' 5". There is already a door and window at the back of the garage (leading to garden) and front door leads directly into the garage. I would replace all doors and windows to make them more environmentally friendly. In simple amateur terms it needs garage up and over door removing and replaced with brick base, damp proofing, window; boarding ceiling with insulation and hatch access; walls boarding and plastering. Electricity and plumbing is already present in the space. I have a kitchen design in mind - floor to ceiling cupboards housing fridge, freezer and integrated oven on one wall (therefore needing electrical sockets); opposite wall has plumbing for washing machine and tap and I would box around these; kitchen island in the middle; and on back wall worktop with integrated hob. Wall that currently has up and over garage door would have no units. Purchase of property likely to be September/October as it is awaiting probate conclusion. Once quotes are received for plans, it may be possible to go ahead before completion as access can be arranged but building would not start until Autumn at earliest.
