    I’m looking for someone who could draw up plans and a schedule of work for a single storey rear extension to a bungalow. External size 5.4 out and 3.8 wide. It’s a living area and the work involves turning the existing kitchen window into an archway. It’s reconstructed stone cavity wall and concrete tiles. We don’t need any design work on the kitchen, so it’s just a room with a window and a patio door, although the manhole from the bathroom will be in the way, hopefully can be moved. Plans required for building regs approval and for builder to work to. Apparently we also need a low level planning approval because it’s over 4 metres, but been told a floor plan will be all they will require, so hopefully the regs drawings will also cover this?Read more
