  Extension 1. To build a two storey, side of house, extension, on the same footprint of an existing garage (which will be removed first). 2. New ground floor to be a lounge, new first floor to be a bedroom. 3. A new staircase to be built from the ground to first floor as part of the extension. 4. Existing window openings in the main house will be used as access points to the new build on both the ground and first floor. 5. Joining the new slate roof pitch to the old is complicated. 5. Total area of the existing garage is 45 square meters. Interior changes 1. Remove old interior narrow stairs and remove different floor levels on landing.
