  Hi, my 86 year old Dad is in hospital and unfortunately the pandemic took its toll on him and he can no longer look after himself. He has lived in his bungalow for 50 + years and always maintained it to a very high standard, that is sadly not the case now. Every room in the 2 bed semi detached bungalow in Bristol (BS7) needs modernising. What I am considering in building an extension on the back, so that me and my wife can move in to look after him and still maintain our own lives.
