  I need a rear extension to my bungalow it is a 1930's property 2 bed with a rear extension housing a bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. I would like a 6.3mtr x 4mtr flat roof extension to accommodate a lounge and extend the kitchen into it. The rear wall to have bi-fold doors and a window to the side wall. The walls to be of Celcon block or similar cavity wall construction with k-rend finish. Possibly a roof light to the kitchen area. The bungalow and existing extension have pitched roofs at present covered in asbestos tiles which are due to be removed and replaced with Redland Renown tiles in grey colour.Read more
