We live in a 3-bed semi-detached home in Belper, built in 1930, with a downstairs bathroom. We are looking to extend to include an upstairs en suite and possibly a fourth bedroom. Our neighbours (in the attached semi) are looking to build an upstairs bathroom and a ground floor kitchen/diner extension. We are looking to share design and project costs and are seeking a first consultation (visit) from an architect to give us a rough idea of what is possible and whether it would be worth the overall cost.Read more
