  I've made two planning applications to South Oxfordshire DC; the first (preferred) scheme, for two windows, (P20/S4366/HH) was refused and is now at appeal. The second (compromise) application has been approved (P21/S0733/HH). We have no PD rights, hence the applications. The planning permission can be supplied or viewed online at www.southandvale.gov.uk. It includes a condition requiring the submission and approval of details relating to the window itself and to the brick detailing around the existing/proposed windows. I'm presuming that the same drawing would suffice for a Building Regs submission. I can make the applications myself, but need help with the drawing. Hoping that we win the appeal, and assuming that it might contain the same or similar condition, I'd like to get a price and detailed timescale for two drawings, one showing the enlargement of the existing porthole window, as approved, and the other showing the pair of rectangular windows, as preferred. I'm presuming that either option would mean bespoke windows, so that your drawing would also serve to instruct their manufacture. If you can help, please let me know. You can see the wall in question from the road or on Street View, but, if you need to call by, we're retired and can fit in with you as to a time.Read more
