  Citizens advice say next step is Mediation. Dispute with neighbours who asked permission to trim trees on our properties in order to replace fence. But Mutilated a even removed a tree. Have since found out that estimate received from tree Surgeons and Local Authority planning office was to carry out a lot more works than permission sort. Have taken letter of complaint and sent recorded letters to neighbours but are not responding.Read more
