  Dear Team , We have a project in Fillongley, We need experienced and motivated architect who is willing to take over this rather complex building. We have planning permission for change of usage and to separate this 10 bedroom B&B in 3 dwellings. The challenge comes from the fact that it is in a conservation area. Furthermore there are some parts of the 3 dwellings that overlap and create difficulties with acoustic and fireproofing. I can send you the planning drawings and pictures but I feel that you will need to visit the site if you are to take over the project. We will require Architect Certificate too.
