  Hi, We’re writing in respect of a proposed full planning application for the proposed demolition and replacement of the existing bungalow, as well as the redevelopment of the barn situated to the east of the dwelling and would be grateful if you could please provide a fee proposal and timetable to prepare Noise/sound Pollution Survey on the site (due to its close proximity to the M4). This is to assist a scheme required by the Local Planning Authority, to make sure that all habitual rooms exposed to road traffic noise are subject to sound insulation measures and provided with acoustically treated active ventilation units.
