    I am secretary of the Belfast group of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, a registered charity in. Or there Ireland. Each year we are required to submit our financial report on line to the NI Charity Commissioner website. Beforehand, we must have the financial statement verified. The person who did this for us has retired. Our financial statement is brief - two pages, with a bank account showing one transaction and a single receipt- Covid stopped us dead.     Hi, I'm looking for support for filing my taxes for this year. In previous tax years I have been a UK tax resident based in Belfast. However from October 2019 I became a tax resident in Uganda. From April-October 2019, I did freelance work in the UK, totalling income circa £8000, from October-now I have received a living allowance grant rather than a salary.
