I Will never use this shop again!

After ordering a fair few items the wrong table was sent three times and them the correct one finally came with a mark on it and the chairs, We had ordered a sofa 3 months prior to the delivery and when it arrived it was the wrong one, we then was told it would take 6 weeks for a new one, with having no sofa as we had already got rid of the old one and three small children we decided to pick another one from the shop that would be available straight away, for it to come and again be the wrong one to which we picked in the shop days before!! One of the staff members was very rude basically said we was making a fuss over nothing. I was left with a sofa i never picked and ill from all the stress. I would never normally write reviews but when you save and spend hard earned cash to get cheap,marked or wrong items its just not fair or on!! Some of the staff were helpful and lovely but the main manger was a disappointment to she shop and his other staff members. If you don't want to chuck money away then i would say avoid this shop at all cost!

The one star in no way reflects the treatment that we had from Michael the salesman who is amazing and helpful, thank you Michael you are wasted at this store. I ordered 3 bedroom suites and a table and chairs and arranged for them to be delivered at 3pm the following week. When we arrived at our new house at 3pm the removal man told us in no uncertain time that he had been there for one and half hours as he had finished early, he then proceeded to be rude and unhelpful upsetting my husband who has terminal cancer. I had to ring the shop to ask them to tell him to remove the rubbish but he was rushing so much he put the wardrobes in the wrong rooms and we were left with some rubbish and the table and chairs flat packed when we had expressly stated that we wanted then put together. I went straight to the shop and Michael did all in his power to assist and put it all right but the damage was done, my husband was stressed and I was upset. I contacted Rebecca whom I am told is the Manager and I explained what had happened only for her to quote my words with derision and tell me in so many words that I should be grateful, there was not an ounce of kindness. Never again will I use this company, Rebecca you are as bad as the horrible delivery man and you do Levines no credit.

Absolute worst customer service ever! Very unprofessional and rude staff. The cheap prices will deceive you.

I purchased a leather suite years ago and I didn't notice that one of the cushions was damaged until after the delivery men had driven off.Mr Savage would not exchange the cushion or give compensation. I had a bed delivered and it was not the one I ordered. My pal ordered a suite last Christmas and on the day of delivery had her old one given to charity. Levine then phoned to say that the delivery from Europe hadn't arrived, nor did it ever arrive. She ended up buying a suite she didn't really like, so that she and her family would have something to sit or rather than the one which was on loan from the shop. Unknown to me my brother bought a suite a few months ago which is now dipped on the one side, still waiting for rectification

Have used Levine's many times before and have just taken delivery of our latest purchase from this store. How efficient from the time we walked into the store to delivery.,So much help from Janice who helped us choose the articles and fabrics, to the very helpful delivery men who arrived on time. Made buying furniture a pleasure. So pleased with our purchase yet again. Thank you to all involved with our items. Not only did we get exactly what we were looking for but also about half the price of other major stores. Love a bargain. Phil.

Had amazing service from the staff, in particular Janice who was friendly and efficient. I only bought a chair but will definitely be back here when my suite needs replacing. Thank you, Janice

Bought a dining table set in the weekend. Paid £100 deposit to be delivered in a few weeks time. Changed my mind they would not refund my deposit. When Lavine are selling a product customer staff do not inform you the deposit is non refundable. Please always read the back of receipt before purchasing from Lavine as their staff will not highlight this as all they care about is selling and binding you into a legal contract. Very disappointed service.

i just love Levines furniture i had a settee of them and i love it just ordered new bed and wardrobe it is quality furniture and not expensive love the fact that you can pay each week .

The worst shopping experience ever. No customer care whatsoever. I have been so disappointed with Levines furniture. As a supposed big name in furniture I was expecting at least good customer service but have been badly let down time and time again. I first ordered a small TV unit in January and told it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery, after 4 weeks I phoned and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks after 3 weeks I phoned again and told it would be another 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I had a delivery and was disgusted to find it was not what I ordered it was collected and about a week later had another delivery and again not the one I paid for. The most unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with blamed the supplier then the warehouse but never themselves , they never called back when they said they would and not once did I get an apology.
